CHEF'S CHOICE : Galician Menu

This menu is close to my heart as it speaks of our family's Spanish and Filipino Roots plus these dishes are among my personal favorite!

  • Ubod ng Sarap Salad made from Palm Heart served with Sesame Mango Vinaigrette and a choice of Prawn, Scallop or Ahi Tuna all depending on availability
  • Galician Seafood Stew of Saffron Broth, Mussels, Clams, Squid and River Lobster
  • Paella Verdura or Vegetarian Paella
  • Caldo de Gallego- A stew made with Pork Knuckles, Chorizo, Garbanzos and Garlic with a medley of Red and Green Cabbage served on a Dutch Oven
  • A choice of Butter Garlic Prawns or Crab (Can be made spicy upon request)
  • Kakanin Selection: Palitaw, Bibingka and Puto Especial served along with Seasonal Local Fruits

We have a minimum 8pax and maximum 50pax to make a reservation.
Children below 5 are free. Up to 3 yayas are free and not considered on the headcount . 6 to 12 are half rate and 13 above are considered adult for this rate.

 

Inclusive of:
- VAT inclusive.
- 3 hour use of our facilities and private kitchen.
- Full service and Chef present during the event.
- Corkage fees apply for wines and hard liquor. Up to 2 bottles of wine to be brought in are free. Cakes and desserts are free of corkage.
- 5 % Service charge to be charged on the day of the event. You may settle with cash or cheque.
