Our minimum is 20pax to book the place for a wedding and our maximum capacity is 50pax.
You have four (4) hour use of our facilities and private kitchen. In excess of 4hours is additional Php3500/hour. Our lunch cut off is at 4pm and dinner cut off is 11pm. After which, we close.
You will be enjoying full personalized service and Chef present during the whole event.
CIVIL CEREMONY and CHRISTIAN WEDDINGS
We allow Civil Ceremonies and Christian Weddings at two sections of the home. One at the Lanai area where the capacity is 24pax and another is the Garden with a capacity of 50pax maximum. Altar set up can be included. Separate fees apply.
STYLING AND SET UP
Gourmet buffet set up of Selected in house specialties such as Paellas and Meat Carving Area, complimentary Chef's Table that includes tapas and cheese selection and fresh appetizers and dips.
Elegant INDOOR table setting is included with table flowers, antique chinaware and stemware. SIMPLE ceiling work of fresh vines included.
THEME: to be discussed further with the couple
For a more elaborate styling, we can refer you to our inhouse stylist. Separate fees apply. Corkage does not apply to items to be brought in to decorate the event. We do not allow any wall fixings with nails and permanent tapes that can damage paintwork around the house.
ON THE DAY COORDINATION AND PROGRAM FLOW
We shall be providing a minor "on the day" coordination assisting ONLY on the ff:
Ceremony at Pio’s Kitchen
Should ceremony take place in the venue, we shall assist in organizing the entourage and Bridal walk. Music coordination for the bridal walk is included.
Customized Program flow to be discussed accordingly with the couple.
Plated dishes of all the courses shall be served to the BRIDE AND GROOM and PARENTS of both sides. The rest of VIP table shall be plated upon request. (Upon the discretion of the couple)
Party is also encouraged to walk around and enjoy the banquet as the set up is quite homey and served comfort food style.
We shall begin the dining experience with an introduction by the Chef herself welcoming the party and begin serving each table with a plated soup and warm bread. After which we will usher per table at the banquet lines to keep order while dining.
We shall assist in the Cake Cutting and Champagne Toasting by distributing it to key persons who shall be making a toast for the couple and the couple themselves.
COMPLIMENTARY one (1) bottle of CHAMPAGNE will be provided for with corresponding appropriate glassware for the Toasting.
Corkage fees apply for wines and hard liquor. We allow up to 4 bottles of wine to be brought in free of corkage and 1 Hard drink free of corkage. Additional bottles of wine is PHp750/bottle and Php1500/bottle of any hard drink. Cakes, desserts or lechon to be brought in are free of corkage. Our beverages including juices and sangria are refillable upon request. Herbal Teas and Brewed coffee are also complimentary and also refillable upon request.
We will provide a Seat Assignment Board should you be needing a seat chart for the event.

Lolo's room: 16pax
Under the Lamp: 8pax
Tina's Room: 10pax
Total: 50pax maximum capacity
Seat Assignment Chart to be provided by the couple and sent at least a week before the event for proper distribution. Should there be changes in the final headcount, do advise us a week before the day of the wedding.
We can provide cake upon request. Additional fees apply. You may also bring in your own cake 3hours before the event begins. Kindly advise if refrigeration is needed and size of cake as we have limited space for storing.
Sound System is NOT available in the venue. We have available pipe in music only for the whole event. Should you be needing speakers and microphones, we can refer you to our in house supplier. Additional fees apply. You may also provide this provided that we are informed of the ingress list as we have limited space in the home for large equipments.
We shall prepare a buffer for suppliers inclusive of the package. Number of heads depend on the headcount. They may enjoy food from the set banquet.

Cakes and pastries
Weddings are not complete without a cake! We have some suppliers we can refer you to or you may bring in your own cake and we take care of setting it up. We can also add a cake to your final package should you wish for us to take care of it.
