Set a date.  Should the date not be available, we can place you on waitlist in case the dates open up.

We have a minimum 15pax and maximum 50pax to make a reservation.

Children below 5 are free.

Up to 3 yayas are free however included on the seatcount.

6 to 12 are half rate and 13 above are considered adult for this rate.

We do require an immediate deposit of 50% of the total headcount to guarantee your reservation.  Deposit details are found below. Said deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. For any cancellations, you may reschedule the date or credit the deposit for future reservations or orders.  The rest can be settled on the day of the event. We accept CASH or dated CHECKS only.

Should deposit not be placed yet if the date has been tentatively reserved, we shall be reconfirming your reservation via text message. AUTO CANCELLATION is applied once date has not been confirmed three weeks prior and no advise has been given regarding the reservation.

You may customize the menu according to your preference. However, rates are fixed according to the number of guests.

When you make a reservation, you have the whole house to yourself. We only book one group at a time, hence the place is EXCLUSIVELY yours for the said reservation.  Rates are VAT inclusive.
You have three (3) hour use of our facilities and private kitchen. In excess of 3 hours is additional Php3500/hour. Our lunch cut off is at 4pm and dinner cut off is 11pm. After which, we close.

We also include simple, elegant table flowers, stemware and chinaware and lace table covers for the set up. 
You will be enjoying full personalized service and Chef present during the whole event.
Corkage fees apply for wines and hard liquor.  We allow up to 4 bottles of wine to be brought in free of corkage and 1 Hard drink free of corkage. Additional bottles of wine is PHp750/bottle and Php1500/bottle of any hard drink. Cakes, desserts or lechon to be brought in are free of corkage. Our beverages including juices and sangria are refillable upon request. Herbal Teas and Brewed coffee are also complimentary and also refillable upon request.
We do apply a 5 % Service charge to be charged on the day of the event.


We value each of our reservation and we handle them with care, personal attention and affection. WE have RESPECT for every person we meet and practice courtesy and consideration especially good manners in our company. We try to be good role models to our staff and employees as well.  We know they deserve kindness every step of the way. We appreciate that you will extend the same courtesy to our staff as well.  PIO'S KITCHEN management reserves the right to refuse any reservation as well in this regard.
